TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PRICES
This price list voids all previous lists. Prices are wholesale only and are F.O.B. Eutaw, AL. Prices may change without notice.

PAYMENT
Cash only (without established credit) upon receipt of plant material. Customers with approved credit are net 30 days from date of invoice. Past due accounts will have 1 ½ % per month added. Orders booked 60 days in advance of delivery will require a 25% deposit. Orders delayed beyond 60 days may require an additional deposit.

SHIPPING
When the order is loaded, all risks pass to the buyer. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are payable upon delivery. Additional charges may occur if trucks are not unloaded in a timely manner. Any damage or loss occurring in transit is the responsibility of the buyer.

GUARANTEE
Greene Ridge Tree Farm LLC makes no warranty either expressed or implied, only that the plants are true to name. Greene Ridge Tree Farm LLC does not guarantee survival of plant material after it leaves farm. The limit of liability will not exceed the original invoice value.
